• Verbal intelligence briefings (basic and advanced), and
• Customer service.

She has passed on her expertise to intelligence investigators and analysts, foreign affairs diplomats, counterintelligence (CI) investigators, military operators and investigators, police and security officers, as well as auditors and human resources specialists.
